100% Iberian acorn-fed sirloin

Iberian pork loin is one of the noblest, leanest, and tastiest cuts offered by Iberian pork.

This cut is usually consumed fresh, but at QuintaR, we prepare it exclusively using a (super-secret) recipe that makes this product a unique loin on the market.

The preparation process we carry out is similar to that of our regular loin or "lomito." We stuff each piece into a casing, although, in this case, we preserve it only with the natural seasoning of a selection of spices that we cannot share with you… We can only tell you that it contains salt, paprika, and some other ingredients that we warmly invite you to discover and identify when you try it.

After the maceration process, the loin is cured in a natural drying room, just like the rest of our products. Without artificial preservatives or colorants.
