This peculiar yet delicious cured sausage is none other than Iberian presa marinated with spices and stuffed into a casing for later curing. Just as our ancestors did with the different noble parts of the pig for over 100 years.

This cut is ideal for consumption when stuffed, as the fat infiltration in the lean meat gives it a juicy flavor and texture after curing, which is truly wonderful even for the most demanding palates.

As with our lomo, we add additives to lomito to keep its intense aroma, excellent flavor, and the different nuances that surround this Iberian delicacy intact for longer.
