100% Ibérico Acorn-fed Salchichón

Our salchichón is a sausage or cured meat without preservatives, made with lean meats with low fat content (cuts such as pluma, sirloin, and the ham or shoulder itself) from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs.

The unique flavor of this salchichón is the result of, on the one hand, the diet our pigs enjoy in the Sierra de Aracena, and on the other hand, the unique, artisanal, and natural production process with which we create this delicacy.

We select, mix, and marinate the meats with different spices, highlighting salt and black pepper. We stuff them into casings and cure them in a natural drying room.

This is how we achieve a 100% natural salchichón.
