100% Iberian Acorn-fed Morcón

Iberian morcón is a cured sausage made exclusively with meat from the pig's loin head and ham.

The high quality of our Iberian morcón is mainly due to two reasons. The first is the diet our pigs enjoy during their almost 24 months of free-range life: eating fruits and herbs typical of the dehesa along with acorns from the montanera season. This provides us with excellent raw material.

The second is the traditional production and curing process we use to make the morcón, without preservatives, colorants, lactose, or gluten.

We use lean cuts of pork and hand-chop them, seasoning them with spices (salt and paprika) and stuffing them into casings, just as our family has been doing for over a century. Finally, it is cured in natural drying rooms until each piece is suitable and ready for consumption.
