What does it mean for a product to be natural?
It means it does not contain preservatives, colorants, binders, or any other type of chemical substance.
What does "100% acorn-fed Iberian" mean?
It means that it is certified that it has fed exclusively on acorns during the 'montanera' season and that it comes from parents that are 100% Iberian breed
What is *montanera*?
It is the period in which the fruit of the holm oak and the cork oak (the acorn) falls from these oaks and is available for the pigs to feed on. It usually runs from late October to early March.
What is a natural dryer?
In the curing process of hams and shoulders, the product can be accelerated by controlling temperature and humidity in artificial drying rooms. In contrast, with a natural drying room, the products are altered by the natural evolution of the year, sweating and shrinking depending on the time of year and daily thermal contrasts.
Where can I see and touch the product?
Quinta R does not have its own physical stores. There are stores and restaurants that carry our product, but these establishments may vary.
If I order it sliced, how long do I have to consume the ham or cured sausage?
From the moment you receive it, you have around 6 months to enjoy it. We slice the product and vacuum-pack it right away. This way, it loses minimal flavor and aroma, maintaining its color and texture as if it were freshly cut.
Can I get my order as a gift?
Surprise with an exquisite gift from Quinta R. Choose the product you want, and we'll take care of the rest. Select the "For a gift" option when placing your order, and you can leave a message that we will include in a beautiful note that will accompany the gift. The wrapping and careful presentation will leave the recipient speechless.
Can I know when my product will arrive?
Once you have placed the order and received the confirmation email, you will receive a second email when the product leaves the factory with the tracking number and the link to track the package.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your order is registered, it will be delivered in approximately 48-72 hours anywhere in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. If the shipment is made outside of Spain, delivery times vary.
Is it safe to buy from Quinta R?
Absolutely. At the Quinta R online store, you can make your purchase with complete security. All data is transmitted encrypted via SSL. This protocol guarantees that payment operations and the information provided cannot be intercepted by third parties, ensuring maximum security.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time for orders will depend on the geographical area. This delivery time does not include the preparation of special orders (hand-carved pieces and boned pieces).
Peninsular Spain (dry transport): 2 to 3 working days; in November and December, delivery may extend to 3-4 working days due to the workload of transport agencies.
Hand-carved or boned products will be delivered upon order within 4 to 7 working days.
Peninsular Spain (refrigerated transport): 2-3 working days.
Balearic Islands: 3-5 working days.
Canary Islands: 3-5 working days. (Add DUE price)
France, Denmark, Andorra, Germany, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Belgium, Finland, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Lithuania: 6-8 working days.
Shipping
The courier service is responsible for the products during transit. Please open the package upon receipt. If you notice any damage, file a claim with the delivery person by writing it on the receipt document to be signed. For large orders where the condition of the material cannot be checked instantly, you must write "subject to review" in case of subsequent damage. In these cases, you must also notify us.
Shipping will be free as long as these conditions are met:
Peninsular Spain (dry transport): free shipping on purchases of 150€ or more.
Balearic Islands (dry transport): free shipping on purchases of 200€ or more.
Canary Islands (dry transport): free shipping on purchases of 300€ or more.
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of these goods. We will cover the costs of returning the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Returns
We appreciate you bringing any dissatisfaction with the product to our attention.
Please send an email or text message indicating the reason for the return and attach photographs that attest to the product's condition.
Our Quality team will coordinate with you to collect the product for analysis at our facilities.
Product returns will be reviewed by our specialized Quality personnel. After their evaluation, we will inform you of the result via the provided phone number or email and, if applicable, we will process a refund, return, or send a new product.
